Self-adjusting Bunks

Self-Adjusting bunks are bunks that lay flat and adjust to make 100% contact with the hull of your boat. This avoids putting any pressure points on your boat. These bunks also rivet back and forth allowing the boat to adjust properly onto the trailer. Also, when the bunks move back and forth, it makes it easier to load and launch.

Poly Sleeves

Poly Sleeves are placed around the bunks instead of carpet. Once these sleeves get slightly wet, your boat will slide right on and off the trailer. These sleeves will not stick nor rust, like a roller kit might, which gives the customer confidence that the boat will not be damaged.

Keel Rollers

Keel rollers are placed on the crossmembers of the trailer. They protect your boat from touching the crossmembers as well as helps make the loading and launching process easier.

One Keel Roller comes standard with every model.

Keel Pads

Keel pads are placed on the crossmembers of the trailer and protects your boat from hitting the crossmembers.

Step Hull Bunks

For specialty boats that require a step hull. RipTide will seek out the measurements for the bunks to provide your vessel with bunks that fit perfectly.

Tie Downs

Tie downs are mounted to the side of the trailer. They serve as a ring that straps attach to so the boat is properly secured.

Jack stand with Double Wheel / Jack stand - Flat

RipTide Trailers come standard with a jack stand with a wheel, but customers can upgrade to a double wheel or to a flat.

Torsion Axles

Torsion axles are best  for trailers. Generally, torsions give a smoother ride.

Swing Tongue

Swing tongues are space savers that split at the actuator. They are designed for trailers that may be just a little too long to fit inside a storage space. Swing tongues are only available on Oasis and C-Scape models.

Splash Guards

Splash guards are custom built guards that are mounted behind the fenders to help prevent road debris from hitting your boat. The guards are made out of carpeted Hardwood.

Custom Lighting

Deck out your RipTide Trailer with custom lighting. The lights can be placed on the inside of the I-Beams to up light your boat, or on the outside of the I-Beams.

Available Colors:

White, Blue, Green, Red, Yellow, Pink, Purple & Orange!

Electric Over Hydraulic Brakes

Your trailer will have hydraulic brakes at the hub and rather than them being actuated by pressure at the hitch, they are tied into an electric actuator (battery powered) which is tied into an electronic brake controller located in the towing vehicle.

Hit the brakes in the tow vehicle and it sends a signal to the trailer to activate the brakes.

Stainless Steel Disc Brakes

Kodiak stainless steel disc brakes are top of the line marine brakes. Stainless steel brakes are highly recommended for trailers that are frequently in contact with salt water.

Stainless Steel Hardware

Upgrade to stainless steel hardware to avoid rust and/or corrosion. Recommended for those who boat in salt water.

All nuts and bolts on trailer will be stainless steel, with the exception of U-bolts and Grade 8 bolts.

Stainless Steel U-Bolts

U-bolts are used throughout the trailer. Upgrade to stainless steel U-bolts to avoid rust and/or corrosion. Recommended for those who boat in salt water.

Electric Winch

RipTide Trailers come standard with single stage winches on small models and double stage winches on larger models. Electric winches can be added as an upgrade on any model.

Spare Tire & Bracket

If you plan to travel frequently with your trailer, it is highly recommended for you to purchase a spare tire and bracket.

Load Guides

Load guides are placed at the rear of your boat trailer. They are meant for those who load their boats, onto their trailers, on steep ramps. If your trailer is completely submerged underwater, the guides will stick out of the water to show you where to aim the nose of your boat.

Target Bunks

Target bunks are smaller bunks placed at the front of the trailer. These bunks help guide the boat properly onto the trailer and provide support for the nose of your boat. This upgrade comes standard on all triple axle trailers.
